Events 

Elk Chute Lodge is located in the small town of Gobler, MO.  While the main goal of the lodge is to provide high quality accommodations to sportsmen of all types, we also have private rental packages available during the off season for any type of event including class or family reunions, corporate meetings, weddings, receptions, proms, graduation parties, birthday parties, and baby showers.  Event rental packages are available only during the months of March though the 1st two weeks in November.  Please contact us to schedule a tour if the roomy accommodations at Elk Chute are just what you are looking for in your next get together.

Event Packages 

Weekend Wedding Package 

At Elk Chute Lodge, we welcome bringing in your own wedding or event planner and outside vendors.  If you have secured all of your own services and only want ECL to be the site of your ceremony and reception, the Weekend Wedding Package is for you.  The weekend package allows you to come to the venue starting at 12:00 p.m. on Friday to set up and host a rehearsal dinner if desired and check out at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday after clean up.

Rental Fees:

  • Up to 200 guests:  $4,000

  • Over 200 guests:  to be discussed

  • Security  deposit:  $300 (refundable)

This package includes:

  • access to the lodge, grounds and all furnishings from 12:00 p..m. Friday to 12::00 p.m. Sunday`

  • access to lodge and grounds for save the date, engagement, or bridal portraits                                                                                                                                                                                                 (2 hour maximum and must schedule around other events)

  • tables, chairs, and white or black tablecloths to accommodate your guest count

  • table and chair set up, tear down, and transition between ceremony and reception 

  • sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, and guest book table

  • dressing rooms for the bride, groom and bridal party

  • 4 bedrooms for overnight lodging - Friday and Saturday nights - (housekeeping services not included)

  • catering prep kitchen, pantry and 3 industrial buffet tables

  • large ice machine

  • coffee maker and coffee

  • parking attendants

  • 1 hour initial consultation/tour

  • 1 hour final planning consultation 30 days prior to event

  • free WiFi

  • use of PA system (if needed)

  • game room

  • cornhole games

  • 2 complimentary short sleeve t-shirts for the bride and groom

Weekend Day Package 

This package is for larger one day weekend events such as wedding receptions  and proms that do not require  overnight lodging, but need extra decorating and set up time.

Rental Fees:

  • Friday or Saturday - $2,500

  • Friday and Saturday - $3,,500

  • Security  deposit:  $300 (refundable)

This package includes:

  • access to the lodge, grounds and all furnishings from 12;00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. on day/days of rental

  • tables, chairs, and white or black tablecloths for up to 200 guests; over 200 to be discussed

  • table and chair set up, tear down, and transition  (if needed)

  • sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, and guest book table (if needed)

  • catering prep kitchen, pantry and 3 industrial buffet tables

  • large ice machine

  • coffee maker and coffee

  • parking attendants

  • 1 hour initial consultation/tour

Overnight/Lodging Package 

Elk Chute Lodge is the perfect place to have a family reunion or get together!  With 10 bedrooms (20 full size beds), 5 1/2 bathrooms, game room, large kitchen, 2 large gathering rooms, covered patio, and 2 large decks, you are sure to spend quality time with your family or friends or relax after a long days work. This package is specifically for overnight private lodging for families, work crews, church retreats,, class reunions, or other groups that require no extra tables, chairs, tablecloths, or removal/rearrangement of lodge furnishings.  It is for rental of the lodge as it is.

Rental Fees:

  • Weekend:  

    • Full Weekend - 12:00 p.m. Friday through 9:00 a.m. Sunday - $2,,700   

    • One Day Weekend (Friday or Saturday):- 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. - $1,700

  • Weekdays:  

    • Monday through Thursday - 12::00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.  - $1,200 (one night), $700 per night (multiple nights)

  • Full Week: 

    • Check in 12:00 p.m. and check out 9:00 a.m. - $3,500 (7 nights)

  • $300 security deposit (refundable)

  • Laundry services (if requested) - wash, dry, and fold only - $10 per load

This package includes:

  • Access to the lodge, grounds and all furnishings during hours of rental

  • Daily housekeeping services - bathroom only; out housekeepers do not enter bedrooms unless specifically requested

  • Catering prep kitchen, pantry, and 3 industrial buffet tables

  • Large ice machine

  • Coffee maker and coffee

  • Free WiFi

  • Use of PA system (if needed)

  • Game room - pool table, Foosball table, dart board, checker board

  • Card/Poker tables

  • Cornhole games

Hourly Package

This package is intended for shorter, less extensive events such as corporate meetings, baby showers, and birthday parties,  Hourly rental does not include removal / rearrangement of lodge furnishings. or bedrooms. for overnight lodging.

Rental Fees:

  • Friday or Saturday - $125 per hour; 4 hour minimum

  • Sunday through Thursday - $100 per hour; 4 hour minimum

  • $300 security deposit (refundable)

Hours of Rental:​​

  • 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m

  • 3;00 p.m. - 7;00 p.m.

  • 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

  • 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. 

  • 12::00 p.m. -12:00 a.m.

Hourly Rental Includes: 

  • Access to the lodge, grounds and lodge furnishings during hours of rental 

  • Seating for up to 50 guests.; $2 for each guest over 50

  • Cake table, gift table, and guest book table 

  • Catering prep kitchen, pantry, and 3 industrial buffet tables

  • Coffee maker and coffee

  • Large ice machine

  • Free WiFi

  • Use of PA system (if needed)

  • Gameroom

  • Card/Poker tables

  • Cornhole games

  • 1 hour consultation/tour

Coordination Services 

Let us take some of that extra stress away by helping make sure your special event goes smoothly and your day is perfect.  We will meet with you to discuss your ideas/plans and be there the day of your event to see it through.  

Fees:

  • $500

Coordination Services Include: 

  • 1 hour initial consultation meeting 

  • 1 hour consultation meeting 30 days prior to the event to finalize plans 

  • Create a timeline for the day of your event 

  • Access to coordinator via email and phone 

  • Direct rehearsal 

  • Assist during hours of rental 

  • Be the point of contact for vendors 

  • Assist with decorating and set up if needed

  • Direct the ceremony 

  • Help ensure the event flows smoothly 

  • Assist with take down and load gifts 

  • Given a budget, will take care of everything!
