Elk Chute Lodge is located in the small town of Gobler, MO. While the main goal of the lodge is to provide high quality accommodations to sportsmen of all types, we also have private rental packages available during the off season for any type of event including class or family reunions, corporate meetings, weddings, receptions, proms, graduation parties, birthday parties, and baby showers. Event rental packages are available only during the months of February though the first two weeks in November. For outdoor events, we highly recommend the months of March, April, May, September, October, and the first two weeks in November due to the high humidity, extremely high temperatures and the abundance of mosquitoes during June, July, and August. Lodging Package - Up to 64 Guests
For work crews, church retreats, family reunions, class reunions, fishing tournaments or other groups needing quality lodging with a cozy at-home atmosphere. Our main lodge has 10 bedrooms with 2 full size beds in each and 5 ½ bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom.. Our bunkhouse has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with its own kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms have 4 full size bunkbeds and the third has 8 twin size bunkbeds. Check in: 3:00 p.m. Checkout: 9:00 a.m.

Hourly Package
This package is intended for shorter, less extensive events such as corporate meetings, baby showers, and birthday parties, Hourly rental is not available on Friday and Satorday.
Rental Fees:

Sunday through Thursday - $100 per hour; 4 hour minimum

Let us take some of that extra stress away by helping make sure your special event goes smoothly and your day is perfect. We will meet with you to discuss your ideas/plans and be there the day of your event to see it through.
