Events 

Elk Chute Lodge is located in the small town of Gobler, MO.  While the main goal of the lodge is to provide high quality accommodations to sportsmen of all types, we also have private rental packages available during the off season for any type of event including class or family reunions, corporate meetings, weddings, receptions, proms, graduation parties, birthday parties, and baby showers.  Event rental packages are available only during the months of March though the 1st two weeks in November.  For outdoor events, we highly recommend the months of March, April, May, September, October, and the first two weeks in November due to the high humidity, extremely high temperatures and the abundance of mosquitoes during June, July, and August. Event Packages 

Extra Large Event Package 151-200 Guests

Rental Fees:

  • ​Friday or Saturday  - 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - $2,600

  • Friday and Saturday - 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. each day -  $3,900

  • Sunday through Thursday - 12:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. - $1,300

  • Overnight - $250 per night - checkout 9:00 a.m.

  • Security deposit:  $300 (refundable)

  • tables, chairs, and white or black tablecloths to accommodate your guest count.; additional colors available - $20 each.

  • catering prep kitchen, pantry, and 3 industrial buffet tables

  • large ice machine

  • coffee maker

  • drink dispensers 

  • 1 hour initial consultation/tour

  • 1 hour final planning consultation 30 days prior to event

  • free WiFi

  • use of PA system (if needed)

  • gameroom - pool table, Foosball table, dart board, checker board

  • cornhole games

  • complimentary short sleeve t-shirt

Table and chair set up and break down is not included, but can be added for an additional $300 fee.

Large Event Package - 101-150 Guests

Rental Fees:

  • ​Friday or Saturday  - 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - $2,200

  • Friday and Saturday - 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. each day -  $3,300

  • Sunday through Thursday - 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - $1,100

  • Overnight - $250 per night - checkout 9:00 a.m.

  • Security deposit:  $300 (refundable)

Lodging Package  - 10-40 Guests

For work crews, church retreats, family reunions, class reunions,  fishing tournaments or other groups needing quality lodging with a cozy at-home atmosphere. 6-10 bedrooms with 2 full size beds in each, 5 ½ bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Weekend: 

  • Full Weekend - 12:00 p.m. Friday to 9:00 a.m. Sunday - $2,000

  • One Night Weekend (Friday or Saturday) - 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the following day - $1,250

Weekdays: 

  • Sunday through Thursday - 12:00 p.m. to  9:00 a.m. - $750 (one night); $500 per night (multiple nights)

Full Week:  

  • 7 nights - check in 12:00 p.m and check out 9:00 a.m. -  $3,500  

$300 security deposit (refundable)

Laundry Services - (if requested) - wash, dry, and fold only - $10 per load

 

Rental Includes:

  • access to the lodge, grounds, all furnishings and up to 10 bedrooms w/2 full size beds during hours of rental

  • tables and chairs to seat up to 40 in the dining room and 44 on the outdoor deck and patio

  • daily housekeeping services - bathroom only; our housekeepers do not enter bedrooms during your stay unless specifically requested

  • catering prep kitchen, pantry, and 3 industrial buffet tables

  • 50 white dinnerware sets (dinner plate, dessert plate, soup/salad bowl)

  • large Ice machine

Hourly Package

This package is intended for shorter, less extensive events such as corporate meetings, baby showers, and birthday parties,  Hourly rental does not include removal / rearrangement of lodge furnishings. or bedrooms. for overnight lodging.

Rental Fees:

  • Friday or Saturday - $125 per hour; 4 hour minimum

  • Sunday through Thursday - $100 per hour; 4 hour minimum

  • $300 security deposit (refundable)

  • 3;00 p.m. - 7;00 p.m.

  • 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

  • 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Coordination Services 

Let us take some of that extra stress away by helping make sure your special event goes smoothly and your day is perfect.  We will meet with you to discuss your ideas/plans and be there the day of your event to see it through.  

Fees:

  • $1,500

Coordination Services Include: 

  • 1 hour initial consultation meeting 

  • 1 hour consultation meeting 30 days prior to the event to finalize plans 

  • Create a timeline for the day of your event 

  • Access to coordinator via email and phone 

  • Direct rehearsal 

  • Assist during hours of rental 

  • Be the point of contact for vendors 

  • Assist with decorating and set up if needed

  • Direct the ceremony 

  • Help ensure the event flows smoothly 

  • Assist with take down and load gifts

Videography Services:

 

$250 - Includes up to 3 hours of filming and a completely edited 4-6 minute highlight video with music on a flash drive
